Providing All Vineyarders Access to Health Care

At Island Health Care, our mission is to ensure all islanders, regardless of income or insurance status, have access to high-quality health care. We are proud to be part of a national system of health centers with common patient-centered standards, goals, and performance requirements. Our clinicians—nurse practitioners, nurses, psychiatrists, and collaborating physicians—are here when you need them, ready to provide the care you deserve.

NOTE: Effective July 16, 2020, Island Health is using the Phreesia mobile app for appointment check-in, allowing patients to complete required paperwork safely and remotely. Patients will receive an email or text to pre-register up to 3 days before a scheduled appointment. On the day of the appointment, the Phreesia app will prompt the patient when Island Health staff is ready for the patient to enter the clinic or begin a telehealth appointment.
